Return & Exchange Policy
We are proud of the quality of our products and we want you to be happy with them, as well! We truly appreciate our customers and are grateful for your support of our brand. Each piece is made and handled with care, and we want you to feel confidence in your purchase. Products can be exchanged and customers are responsible for return shipping charges, and $7.00 original shipping fee is not refundable. Please take a moment to review our policy below before placing an order.
We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds.
Exchanges for Store Credit (Boots & Bags Only)
We are happy to offer exchanges for store credit on boots and bags, provided the following conditions are met:
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Upon approval, items must be received back within 14-day window
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received
- Items must be returned with all original packaging, including:
- The original shoe box
- Boots packed inside the box exactly as they were shipped
- Store credit will only be issued after the item is received, inspected, and approved for exchange
If an item is returned without original packaging, improperly packed, or showing any signs of wear or damage, the exchange cannot be honored, and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Exclusions
Moccasins are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit, as all moccasins are made to order specifically for each customer.
Clearance Items
All clearance and sale items are sold as is and are final sale.
Clearance items are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or return under any circumstances.
International Orders
International purchases are subject to the same return and exchange policy as domestic orders.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with exchanges.
Sizing & Purchase Assistance
To help ensure the best fit, please review our sizing chart carefully before placing your order. If size is in-between recommended size, and in doubt, we recommend going up a size.

Returns Outside of Policy
Items returned outside of this policy will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit.

If the item is not returned to the customer within 14 days, Mishmoccs reserves the right to donate the item to a shelter
This policy allows us to handle out-of-policy returns responsibly while giving back to the community.
