Shipping policy

We make it a priority to ship all orders, both domestic and international, within 3-5 business days after the purchase date for standard shipping. For expedited and priority shipping, orders will ship 2-3 business days when possible. When selecting to expedite shipping, this does not change how fast we can make the item, (as our moccasins are made to order) of your choice. However, it only changes the methods of shippment. .please note, most of our orders ship before promised date. 
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at the time of placing order. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. MishMoccs is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipping of packages returned to MishMoccs due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.
Packages marked as delivered, but 'not received', are the customer’s responsibility to locate. Please contact your carrier, as they can escalate an investigation on your behalf to track your order.
